Batch facts for the PT-141 (Bremelanotide) 10mg vial
Lot PT1-260411-A, tested June 2026 by Titreon Analytical: 99.12% purity by HPLC; identity confirmed by HPLC-RTM + LC-MS, measured mass 1025.2 Da; net content 10.18 mg in a 10mg vial; certificate COA-2026-7459.
What the published research describes
What it is: A melanocortin receptor agonist (Molinoff et al., Ann N Y Acad Sci 2003, PMID 12851303 https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/12851303/ ). It is described as acting centrally, on pathways in the brain, rather than on blood flow.
Phase 3 trials: The RECONNECT phase 3 trials studied bremelanotide in premenopausal women with hypoactive sexual desire disorder (Kingsberg et al., Obstet Gynecol 2019, PMID 31599840 https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31599840/ ).
Approval status: Bremelanotide is the active ingredient in the FDA-approved product Vyleesi. Research-grade PT-141 is a different product sold for laboratory research.
Reported effects: Nausea and facial flushing were among the most commonly reported effects in the trial programme.
These describe what published studies measured, not a PT-141 protocol or a dose for any person.
PT-141 price per vial and per mg
1 vial: $140.00 each, $14.00 per mg

How to check a PT-141 vial
Identity by HPLC-RTM + LC-MS, with a measured mass of 1025.2 Da, says the peptide is PT-141.
Purity is 99.12% by HPLC for lot PT1-260411-A, against a not-less-than 95.0% release criterion.
Net content is 10.18 mg in a 10mg vial, tested by Titreon Analytical in June 2026.
The PT-141 panel also reports sterility, bacterial endotoxin, heavy metals and a fentanyl screen.
