Membership

There are 3 types of membership available.


  1. Youth Members
    • Youth Members are less than 21 years old. You will be invited to take part in activities by the alumni or staff of the school. As a non-paying member, you may be requested to pay a fee if you take part in activities organised by the alumni association.
  2. Ordinary Members
    • Ordinary members must be at least 21 years of age. You will be invited to join us in alumni events organised by the committee through email. Kindly note that events are chargeable if you indicate your wish to attend. Ordinary Members do not need to pay a membership fee.
  3. Lifetime Members
    • Lifetime members must also be at least 21 years of age. You will be invited to join us in alumni events organised by the committee through email. Events are either non-chargeable or will require a small top-up. Lifetime Members pay a one-time subscription of $50. **Payment details will be provided in the acknowledgement email upon verification of your submission.**

Registration for Phase 2A1

If you have been an Alumni lifetime member for at least one year prior to your child’s registration for Primary 1, you will be able to register your child under Phase 2A(1). Please ensure that you join the PEPS Alumni Association before 30 June*, 12 months prior to your child’s Primary 1 registration date at the school. Please check MOE website for clearer guidelines on availability.

For example, you have to be registered before 30 June 2020 in order to register your child for Pri 1 in 2021 so that he/ she can enter Pri 1 in 2022.


For Pri 1 registration in 2020, Phase 2A(1) will not be available for registration.


In order to be eligible for Phase 2A(1), you will be required to:

  • sign up as a Lifetime member before 30 June, at least 12 months prior to your child’s Primary 1 registration date
  • attend a get-to-know-you session/ homecoming held first quarter of the year
  • organise/ co-organise/ attend a session (e.g. interest group, homecoming gathering)
  • provide services to school (for the school’s consideration and subject to school’s approval)


Please allow up to 8 weeks of processing time. Your understanding and patience is greatly appreciated. Upon successful registration and fulfilment of eligibility, the association will send an acknowledgement to the member to be produced at the Primary 1 registration to the school. The member’s original PEPS report book should also be produced at the point of registration.


Please note that the Alumni Association Executive Committee will decide on the date of approval upon verification of details submitted by members.
