Instructions:
Break the cauliflower into florets and cook in salted water until just tender, but not too soft.
Prepare a béchamel sauce using the butter, flour, and milk. To make the béchamel sauce, heat the butter until it melts. Stir in the flour and cook over very low heat, stirring constantly. When it starts to foam, add the milk (preferably warmed) and whisk quickly to avoid lumps. Let it boil for 1-2 minutes.
Add the sour cream to the béchamel sauce, season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg, and mix in half of the grated cheese.
Season the turkey breast slices with salt and pepper, then coat them lightly in flour. Fry in fat or oil for 3 minutes on each side until golden.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F).
Place the pre-fried turkey slices in a (round) baking dish. Top with the cooked cauliflower florets, pour the cheese béchamel sauce over them, and sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown.
