2.5 dl lukewarm milk (1 cup)
2 eggs (room temperature)
5 dkg butter (1.75 oz, softened)
50 dkg flour (1.1 lbs)
Grated zest of 1 lemon
10 dkg powdered sugar (3.5 oz)
1 packet vanilla sugar
1 packet instant yeast (about 7 g or 0.25 oz)
5 dkg raisins (1.75 oz)
