Instructions:
Prepare the turkey breast: season the turkey breast slices with salt and pepper.
Lightly dredge the slices in flour, then fry them in hot oil for about 3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Place the fried turkey slices in a baking dish, adding a few tablespoons of the frying oil at the bottom.
Make the mushroom topping: dice the onion and sauté it in lard until softened. Add the paprika and sliced mushrooms, stirring well. Season with salt and pepper and mix in the chopped parsley. Cook for about 15 minutes, until the mushrooms are soft and the mixture is well combined.
Assemble the dish: spoon the mushroom mixture over the turkey slices.
Place a slice of mozzarella cheese on each turkey slice, then top with 2 slices of tomato per piece.
Sprinkle the grated cheese evenly over the top.
Preheat the oven to medium heat.
Bake the turkey for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the entire dish is well combined.

2 packages of mozzarella cheese (200 g)
150 g grated cheese
2 large tomatoes (sliced)
Salt and pepper to taste
