Because Peplo CRM is an organization-managed CRM platform, users cannot permanently delete their accounts directly from the application.

• Submit an account deletion request through the Account Deletion option available in the app, or

• Contact your organization's administrator or the company managing your Peplo CRM account.

After receiving the request, the company or administrator will review it and, if approved, permanently delete your account and associated personal information, unless the data must be retained to comply with legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations.

Business records (such as leads, customers, invoices, quotations, projects, or other organizational data) may be retained if they belong to the organization and are required for business continuity or legal compliance.
