PEPEFY MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT
EVENT SERVICES AGREEMENT – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Service Overview:
Pepe Music Entertainment provides DJ services and event-related packages including sound, lighting, effects, and entertainment setups for various programs and events.

2. Booking Confirmation:
The booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment. Dates are reserved strictly based on confirmation.

3. Event Timing & Legal Compliance:

• As per Kerala rules and regulations regarding sound, the event must conclude by 10:00 PM.

• If the client wishes to continue beyond 10:00 PM, it is mandatory to obtain proper written permission from the concerned authorities, including approved extended timing.

• Pepe Music Entertainment will not be responsible for any interruption caused due to lack of permission.

4. Service Duration:

• Standard service offering includes:

  • DJ Performance: Up to 3 Hours

  • Foam/Effects/Other Package Equipment: Up to 2 Hours

• All services must be completed within the permitted time (before 10:00 PM) unless valid permission is provided.

• Any delay from the client side affecting the schedule will not extend the service duration.

5. Payment Terms:

• The full balance amount must be paid immediately after the program, before leaving the event venue.

• The agreed full payment must be paid even if the program does not take place or is interrupted due to delays, weather conditions, venue issues, or any other reasons from the client/event side.

• Only in cases where the failure is directly caused by Pepe Music Entertainment (service-side issue), payment obligations may be reconsidered.

• Delay in payment may result in additional charges or interruption of services.

6. Power Requirement:

• The client must provide a proper and stable power supply at the venue.

• Generator backup is recommended for uninterrupted performance.

• Any delay due to power issues from the client side will not be compensated.

7. Equipment Safety & Responsibility:

• All equipment will be handled only by our team.

• Any damage caused to our equipment due to mishandling, negligence, crowd behavior, or issues from the event side must be compensated by the client accordingly.

• The client is responsible for ensuring a safe environment for equipment setup.

8. Venue & Setup Requirements:

• Adequate space must be provided for setup of DJ console, speakers, lighting, and other equipment.

• Proper stage/platform (if required) should be arranged by the client unless included in the package.

9. Permissions & Compliance:

• The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions from local authorities (police, municipality, etc.).

• Any legal issues arising due to lack of permission will not be the responsibility of Pepefy Music Entertainment.

10. Weather Conditions (For Outdoor Events):

• In case of rain or unsafe weather, the client must arrange proper cover or backup.

• Equipment damage due to weather negligence will be charged.

11. Cancellation & Refund Policy:

• Advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Date changes are subject to availability.

12. Conduct & Safety:

• Guests and participants must behave responsibly around equipment.

• Any unsafe or disruptive behavior may lead to stoppage of services without refund.
