At just eight months old, confusing symptoms left his parents concerned about their son’s health. By his first birthday, his appetite was gone, his skin was pale and his development began to regress. The light of his spirit was dimming. After months of painful tests, Lennox was diagnosed with Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) – a rare blood cancer.  Before he even learned to walk, his new normal was weekly chemotherapy treatments, steroids and regular hospital visits.

Fortunately – thanks to a clinical drug trial and his enduring spirit –Lennox finished treatment in December and recently celebrated his third birthday – a milestone his parents feared they might never reach as a family.
