What is an Animal Shelter?

An animal shelter is a place where people take in animals who need homes. They work with the animals until they are ready for a new home.

How does Pennies For Pups help them?

We will be donating all of the money we make from walking dogs to a local animal shelter, allowing them to help more animals in need. With your help, all animals can be safe at last!

How can YOU help them?

There are many ways you can help an animal shelter. You can donate money, to help them provide food, toys, and shelter for the animals they are housing. You could also donate them your time. You could find a local animal shelter, and volunteer there. Another way you could help them is if you adopt a pet. By adopting a pet, you are not saving just one life, but two. The animal you adopt, and the space you free up can be given to another animal in need.
