January 1 – February 27, 2026: Families currently enrolled in a BASP program will re-enroll for the 2026-2027 school year, including younger siblings of current enrollees.

January 1 – March 31, 2026: Programs will accept waiting list applications for new families interested in a spot in the program. A lottery list will be generated from this pool of applicants. You must fill out a new form yearly.

April 1, 2026: Any spots still available will be offered to families on the waiting list, lottery style. If the program is already full, children will remain on the lottery waiting list.
