To ensure we can provide the highest quality tools and dedicated travel time to every home in Penang, we maintain the following policy:

• Minimum Trip Fee: RM 120.00 * The Waiver: This minimum fee is ONLY waived if your total labor charges exceed RM 200.00.

• Material Sourcing: If we need to source specialized parts (matching specific bulbs, hardware, etc.), a sourcing/transport fee applies to cover the extra time spent off-site.

Plumbing & Sanitary Rates (Labor Only)

Expert solutions for leaks, clogs, and bathroom upgrades.

• • Unclogging service: RM 80-150

  • Floor Trap Replacement: RM 150.00 – RM 300.00 (depending on hacking required)

  • Toilet Bowl Installation: RM 150.00 – RM 350.00

  • Basin Installation (Wall-hung): RM 150.00 – RM 250.00

  • Rotten Cabinet Removal & Disposal: RM 150.00 – RM 300.00

  • Kitchen/Bathroom Tap Replacement: RM 30.00 – RM 100.00

  • Concealed Tap Replacement: RM120-150 per unit

  • Cistern Fill Valve Replacement: RM30-50 per unit

  • Cistern Flush Replacement: RM30-60 per unit

2. Premium TV Wall Mounting

Safe, level, and safety-tested for the best viewing experience.

• Standard TV Mount (Below 50”): RM 120.00 – RM 180.00

• Large TV Mount (50” and above): RM 180.00 – RM 250.00
