Getting Your House Keys Soon? Here’s What Usually Happens Before You Can Collect Them:
𝐕𝐏 𝐋𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 & 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐬
You'll receive an official Vacant Possession (VP) letter along with your Statement of Accounts. This includes things like:
- Outstanding loan payments or late charges
- Maintenance fees, sinking fund, quit rent & assessment
- Legal fees to the developer’s lawyer
𝐒𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
Using a loan? Make sure your bank has transferred the required amount to the developer’s lawyer.
𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
Email your receipts or bank transaction slips to the developer as confirmation.

You’ll receive an email from TNB with the New Connection Charges and payment instructions.

Follow the steps in the email to complete the payment online.

Your electricity will usually be connected within 5 working days after payment.

Copy of your IC
Completed PBA Application Form (usually provided by developer)

1. Walk in to any PBA office
2. Pay RM70 + RM10 (e-stamp) = Total RM 80
3. Water supply will be connected within 7 working days
