Authors Instructions

For final manuscript preparation, please follow the next steps:

1. Revise and format your Paper

Please read the reviews of your paper and follow the reviewers recommendations for revising it and preparing the final version. When you are done with the revision, please print out your paper and carefully proofread it.

File names of accepted papers should be formatted as: 67312X _paper_title

2. Use IEEE PDF eXpress to check if your paper is Xplore compatible.

The PDF eXpress website can be found at https://ieee-pdf-express.org/account/login?ReturnUrl=%2F, and the conference ID for PEMWN 2025 is 67312X.

3. Download and complete the copyright form

File names of copyrights should be formatted as: CopyrightForm_paper_title

Here is the copyright form (word), Here is the copyright form (PDF)

4. Send your paper with the copyright from

Once your paper is validated by PDF eXpress, send the validated version along with the copyright form to ichrak.amdouni@ensi-uma.tn AND (cc) to contact.pemwn@gmail.com using as mail object 67312X_submission_number

PDF eXpress instructions

First-time users should create a PDF eXpress account:

Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress TM site:

https://ieee-pdf-express.org/account/login?ReturnUrl=%2F

1. Select the New Users .

2. Enter the following:

- 67312X for the Conference ID

- Your email address

- A password

3. Continue to enter information as prompted.

An Online confirmation will be displayed, and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

Previous users of PDF eXpress need:

to follow the above steps but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences.
Verify that your contact information is valid.
