We organize, Thursday, September 27 afternoon, the tour "Let's Visit Airbus" : a Discovery Circuit of A380 and A400M, at 16:45 followed by a gala dinner in downtown Toulouse.

Those wishing to participate must submit the following information to the conference organizing committee via the e-mail <elodie.herrero@univ-tlse2.fr> :

- French and European Union nationals: name (maiden name for married women), first name, date and place of birth and nationality. The list must reach the Booking Service of Let's visit Airbus at the latest 1 week before the date of the visit.

- Nationals outside the European Union: name (maiden name for married women), first name, date and place of birth, country of birth and nationality. The list must reach the Booking Service of Let's visit Airbus no later than 10 days before the date of the visit.

The Airbus Safety Department reserves the right to refuse entry to the site, especially if the list is not communicated in time.

All visitors must have their original ID on the day of the visit:

- French: CNI, passport

- U.E. Citizens: CNI or passport (valid).

- U.E. Citizens: passport (valid).

Driver's license is not accepted
