Sew The Curve Flat is a network of volunteers who’s goal is to organize and aggregate the grassroots efforts of Home Sewists and match them with Hospitals and at risk communities in their area to provide Supplemental PPE in a crisis capacity. We want to provide the most current Best Practices, Most effective Patterns and a material list.
We are doing this because orders for standard/disposable masks are on long back-orders, due to both demand and supply chain issues. Hospitals across the country are reporting the same supply concerns.
According to the CDC, fabric masks are a crisis response option when other supplies have been exhausted.
