-All registrations will be through Brightwheel this year. We recommend completing the registration form on a computer/laptop. It is able to be filled out on a cell phone or the Brightwheel app as well. Thank you for your patience as we try out this new method of registration!

-We will be having Creative Duckling sessions again this summer, with some bonus sessions right at the field! Please click here if you'd like to sign up your child for up to 4 sessions.
-The summer calendar is coming soon - we are still waiting to hear back from a few locations to finalize dates.
Upon completing the form, you will need to choose a date below to pay the $10 non-refundable registration fee. Your child's spot(s) in the program are confirmed once this is paid. You can also choose to pay for your camper's first week attending at this time, or stop by on one of the later dates. We can only accept cash and checks made out to the "Town of Pembroke" at this time. If none of the dates work for you, please email Sarah at pembrokesummerrec@gmail.com and we can set up a time to meet. Thank you!

Payment Details:
-No payments are due at the time of registration, as we cannot take electronic payments through the Town or on Brightwheel.
-Choose a time from the listed dates above to pay for the registration fee and/or your child's first week of camp (or more!)
-If you sign up for a week and end up having to change/cancel any of the weeks, there is no penalty or payment needed. Just communicate any changes through a message on Brightwheel and we can take care of that for you.
-Discounted rates/scholarships are available on a case-by-case basis. Contact pembrokesummerrec@gmail.com for more information.
