License and Usage Policy for Pele Revit Add-in

1. License Agreement  

By downloading and using the Pele Revit Add-in ("Software"), you agree to the terms of this License Agreement. This Software is licensed, not sold, for enhancing Autodesk Revit functionality.

2. Grant of License  

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software. Redistribution or modification without permission is prohibited.

3. Data Collection  

The Software may collect usage data, including features accessed and commands executed, to improve performance and functionality.

This data is collected automatically while using the app and is not shared with third parties except as necessary for core app functionality. 

4. Disclaimer of Warranty  

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties. Use at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability  

The Licensor is not liable for any damages, including lost profits or data, arising from the use of the Software.

6. Termination  

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Violation of the terms will result in automatic termination, and you must destroy all copies of the Software.

7. Governing Law  

This Agreement is governed by the laws of your jurisdiction.

8. Anti-Abuse Notice  

Any attempts to reverse engineer, tamper with, or otherwise abuse the Software are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Unauthorized use, distribution, or modification of the Software will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

9. Acceptance  

By downloading, paying for, or installing the Software, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

10. Refunds and Cancellations

10.1 Payment Platform
All financial transactions for the Software are processed through Tranzila Payments via Wix. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by Tranzila Payments and Wix’s respective terms and policies.

10.2 Refund Requests
If you wish to request a refund, you must contact the Licensor at the email below within 3 days of your purchase date, and include proof of purchase and any relevant transaction details and reasons in your request.

10.3 Conditions for Refunds
Refunds may be granted under reasonable circumstances, such as inadvertent duplicate purchases or critical technical issues with the Software that cannot be resolved. The Licensor reserves the right to approve or deny any refund requests based on the specific circumstances.

10.4 Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will generally be processed through Tranzila Payments via Wix. You acknowledge that it may take several business days for the funds to be credited back to your account, subject to the processing times of your financial institution or payment provider.

10.5 Cancellations and License Termination
If you cancel your purchase within the authorized refund window and the refund request is approved, your license and access to use the Software is immediately revoked. 

10.6 No Liability for Third-Party Fees
The Licensor is not responsible for any fees, charges, or additional costs imposed by third parties, including financial institutions or payment providers.
