Implemented predictive models capable of providing 5-, 10-, or 15-year breast cancer metastasis predictions based on user-provided clinical information and achieved by using pretrained DFNN models. Enabled the capability for users to train their own DFNN models using their personal dataset.
Ensured a user-friendly interaction between the user and the web application through an interactive dialogue system, which guides the user through model predictions or training. Incorporated a personalized prediction service, prompting a sequence of dialogues to collect user input and pass the collected data to the appropriate backend components for processing.
Deployed a grid search functionality to facilitate hyperparameter tuning and model optimization, aiding in the identification of the best performing models based on preselected ranges for the model hyperparameters. Integrated a user survey system to collect feedback on user experience after using the prediction service.
