Seminars

We promote weekly seminars on Political Economy and Game Theory. Those events primarily target PEGAT members, but some vacancies are reserved for other researchers and students interested in Political Economy and Game Theory. There are two types of seminars:

  • Game Theory study group: the objective of those meetings is to study in detail a previously defined Game Theory textbook and thus to provide a solid theoretical basis for those who attend them. Those seminars are exclusive for PEGAT members.
  • Research seminars: they are ordinary research seminars, where PEGAT members and other invited researchers present the development of their work. In some cases, recent papers on Political Economy and Applied Game Theory may be presented by graduate and undergraduate students who have not defined their research topic yet.
