Apply to volunteer with us

We welcome volunteers from all around the world to join us at one of our rural schools! You don't need to be a Native English speaker, you just need to be fluent in English! You can expect to teach about 20 hours per week and no previous teaching experience is required! We ask our volunteers to stay with us for a minimum of 2 weeks, and after that, you're welcome to stay as long as you like. To volunteer with us, we kindly ask for a USD $8 per day donation for the length of your stay with us. This will help us cover some expenses for our programs. We really appreciate your support!

What do you get with this $8/day donation:

Accommodations: Depending on the program you join, you will have a private or shared bedroom either with fan or air-condition, and a private or shared bathroom with a hot shower
Wi-Fi
3 meals per day (some of our schools can provide vegetarian options)
Drinking water and coffee/tea
Laundry
A bicycle
Pickup from the nearest bus station upon arrival and drop-off when you depart.

NOTE:

Please note that most of our housing is on campus, smoking, and consumption of alcohol will not be allowed. We expect candidates will have the ability to acclimate themselves to the local customs and mentality. e.g. dress conservatively, avoid public displays of affection etc. We are dedicated not only to help the children but also to make the working and living conditions of our volunteer teachers really pleasant.
