The service is aimed to protect natural resources, government lands, forest lands, protected areas, community lands and private properties from encroachments.
To educate the people involved in the sale and purchase of land and house properties about the legal & physical status (Private patta or other categories) of properties.
To create awareness on Revenue land related information such as Government, Assignment, Shikham, Jagir, Inam, Endowment, Waqf lands etc and knowledge on Reserved/protected areas, FTL of water bodies, buffer zones, coastal regulation zones, Section 22A implementation, RoFR Act ( for STs & other forest dwellers).
Helping the Property owners to record the coordinates of their land/house properties and identification on free earth data portals to veiw them virtually.
Guidance on property information sources such as VRO, MRO, Sub-Registrar, Revenue division office, AD Survey, District collectorate, CCLA along with Survey support, Technological process and legal advise.
Providing access to scientific information such as Topographycal features data, their condition and historical land use of Private/Govt owned land properties.
Creating digital onwership locker of Properties with exclusive access to property owners for timely monitoring of ground realities with geo-tagged photos.
Ground Verification of Properties with location, boundaries, shape and extent as per the document by utilising the geo-coordinates and existing published map/image data.
Educating the property owners to know whether their property is situated in private patta survey number of the revenue village (Town survey number in case of urban area) or situated in other restricted categories such as Government, Shikkam, Assigned, Buffer zones & FTL of water bodies, Reserved Forest etc.,
Guidance for approaching concerned Governing authorities as per the property owneship related issues.
Guidance on filing of application in RTI for getting authentic information from concerned Government offices/departments.
Education on land acquisition under developmental activities such as alignment/widening of Road/railway/canal/pipelines, SEZ requirements etc, and also awareness on extent of property loss, justification of compensation, government fixed market values etc.
Guidance on how to ascertain the ownership in case of multiple claimants for a particular Property.
Providing Knowledge on boundaries & categories of lands (private patta, government, kunta/cheruvu/nala, 1B, adangal, FMB, tippan, dry/wet etc), Reserved Forest land/boundary, Topography, Land cover/ land use.
Scientific validation (verification) of historical topography, land cover and land use by utilising Satellite imagery and latest technologies like GPS & GIS.
Mapping of Land extents by conducting GPS/DGPS/Drone based survey and also creating a digital land/property locker with secure access to owners & legal heirs.
Monitoring of temporal changes of land properties such as existing/historical land use, timely crops, vacant/dry situation, tree count & growth, damages due to diseases or weather conditions/disasters, and encroachments.
Providing Knowledge on prohibition of registrations (section 22A), eligibility for RoFR lands, Absentee lands, compensatory afforestation, sub-division process etc.
Know your own property or part of it has any legal threat from restricted categories viz., Govt land, buffere zones of lakes etc.
Presice position survey, mapping for validating legal authenticity of lands, structures & other assets
Before purchase, know whether the property is situated or built completely in private patta or other restricted categories viz., Govt land, buffere zones of lakes etc.
Satellite Imagery (e.g., Google Earth, Landsat): To track land changes over time and identify discrepancies in land use.
Geographic Information Systems (GIS): To map and analyze property boundaries, land use, and environmental features.
Global Positioning System (GPS): For precise geolocation of property boundaries and land parcels.
High-Resolution Remote Sensing Data: To detect and monitor encroachments and illegal constructions.
Topographical Mapping: To assess physical changes to the land, including changes in elevation, water bodies, and infrastructure.

Read the following guidelines before registration
Registration shall be done only on the name of owner by self or releated persons with the owner's consent by providing valid identity of the owner (Adhar no or PAN No).
The digital copy of Adhar or PAN of the owner has to be uploaded at the time of registration. In case of enquiry for purchase of any property, only adhar no of the property owner is sufficiant.
Upon verification of details, the valid registered applicants will be informed about their alloted time slot for a physical meeting at our office which is communicated through an email to their registered email-id.
Authentic deatils of property such as Title record (pass book), LR data, Registration copy, link documents, coordinates of property (if available) etc, needs to be produced during the physical meet.
Registration charges will cover only in-house services of techno-scientific evaluation of authentic owneship of the land/house property along with clarifications on your request.
Applicants will be guided with necessary actions & proceedures to be followed towards resolutions.
In case of field visit/survey of the property, the expenditure has to be born by the applicant.
Information seeking on irrelevant properties/ownerships are not entertained. Such cases will be referred for government/legal actions.
Properties of same owner but situated at different locations or having different house Nos. needs seperate registration.
The services under "property awareness and protection service" offered by the Pure Earth Foundation doesn't involve any legal assistance or binding agreements.
