Our coaching team is entirely made up of Wilcox High School Tennis Team players, so we’re kids too (just bigger 😁)! Because we’re young, we understand other kids better than most adults can. When you join PeerBoost, you’re also supporting a great cause: a portion of the proceeds goes to charity and the Wilcox Athletic Program.
This camp offers a fun, healthy, and safe environment for your child. It’s also a unique opportunity to get an inside look at what it’s like to be part of a high school varsity team, with chances to meet Wilcox’s boys’ and girls’ varsity and junior varsity tennis coaches up close.
Our coaches are made up of mainly Varsity Wilcox High School tennis team players who are passionate about helping players of all levels succeed. They bring a mix of technical expertise, patience, and creativity to ensure every session is engaging and effective.
There will be at least one coach for every 4 or fewer students, providing personalized tips and feedback to each camper.
We welcome players from ages 6-14 and offer programs for beginners to rising players (up to UTR 4). We group kids by both age and skill level to ensure everyone is challenged and supported.
Yes! Both the Boys' and Girls' Varsity Tennis coaches will be on site for supervision and guidance. Aaron and Carrie, the camp founders, will also be present on court to oversee the entire program.
A day at PeerBoost Tennis Camp includes warm-ups, skill-building drills, rally practice, fun games, and match play. We also incorporate tennis related fitness and coordination activities to help kids improve their agility and movement on the court.
For private or semi-private lessons, please contact us at PeerBoostSports@gmail.com
Unfortunately, for this camp, we do not do drop-ins.
Currently, we don’t run camps year-round, but it’s something we may explore if this first camp is a success.
We welcome children up to 10 minutes before camp starts, but we are unable to accept drop-offs earlier than that unless arranged in advance (a small early drop-off fee may apply). For late pickups, we allow a 10-minute grace period, after which a $20 per 15 minutes fee may be charged. Please let us know if you’re running late! We’ll always do our best to accommodate.
Please bring a tennis racquet, athletic shoes, hat, sunblock, water, and a great attitude! Please arrive 5-10 minutes early; you don't want your child to miss a second of fun and coaching! If you do not have a racquet, please email PeerBoostSports@gmail.com in advance and we can let you borrow a racquet.
We do not provide lunch or snacks. Please pack a quick, easy-to-eat, nut-free snack and a water bottle for your child.
Yes, there is a water refill station on site.
Personal racquets are not required, but are highly recommened. Borrowed racquets are limited. Please email us at PeerBoostSports@gmail.com before the first day of camp if your camper is in need of a racquet.
Since this is our very first camp, we’re keeping things simple: we do not offer cancellations or refunds. We understand that plans can change, but we encourage you to view your registration as a commitment to support our camp and its positive impact on the community. Consider it a good deed for a good cause!
Registration is quick and easy through our online form. Payments will be made through GoFan and a screenshot will be required as proof of registration. Be sure to complete the registration form (even after making the payment) to be fully registered. You should recieve an email confirmaiton within 24 hours of completing the registration form. If you do not recieve the confirmation, please check your spam before emailing us at PeerBoostSports@gmail.com.
Unfortunately, discounts are not being offered.
