I am passionate about teaching and deeply interested in how to improve mathematical education at all levels. Similarly to Francis Su's Mathematics for Human Flourishing, I truly believe that education is the prime tool to reduce inequality and to fulfill one's potential.
I have teaching experience in different levels and I studied a MSc in Secondary School and Vocational School teaching (specialization in Mathematics) at the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia.

Teacher of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, Computer Science and Technology for students aged 12-16.
During my career, I have written two pieces of work relating to how to improve education. Both documents are in Spanish and they are the following:
Enseñanza de conceptos teóricos de matemáticas y computación en el aula (teaching theoretical concepts of mathematics and computation in the classroom), MSc dissertation in my MSc in Secondary School and Vocational School teaching, at the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia, supervised by Ángel Laureano Garrido Bullón, available here.
Cuatro pilares por la educación: desarrollo de competencias transversales (four pillars for education; development of key transversal competences), joint with H. Cobos Rius, L. de la Peña Fernández, A. Muñoz Chamorro, V. Lanza Robles, T. Oña Jodar and A. Padrón Villalba. We carried out a study in a school and identified potential deficiencies in the way that soft skills were acquired by primary school students, as well as proposed several activities to mitigate this.
