Pedra Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their Pedra account and associated data.

To request deletion:

1. Open the Pedra mobile application.

2. Navigate to Profile → Delete Account.

3. Confirm the deletion request.

with the subject:

"Delete My Account"

Data Deleted

Upon account deletion, the following information is permanently removed:

• User profile information

• Login credentials

• Notifications

• Company membership records

• Customer associations

Data Retained

Certain transaction and accounting records may be retained for legal, auditing, tax, and compliance purposes for up to 7 years.
