FOREGROUND_SERVICE → Allows the app to run important tasks continuously in the background (with a visible notification) so features work without interruption.

HIGH_SAMPLING_RATE_SENSORS → Allows the app to access sensor data at a higher frequency for more accurate and real-time motion or activity (like walking, running, or cycling) tracking.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS → Allows the app to send notifications to keep users updated with alerts, reminders, or important information.
RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED → Allows the app to start automatically after the device restarts so it can continue tracking or provide services without manual launch.
WAKE_LOCK → Allows the app to keep the device awake while performing important tasks so they aren’t interrupted by sleep mode.
