Floral Order Policies
Guarantee and Confirmation
Your floral order must be signed and returned to your floral vendor at least 10 days prior to the event date.
Orders received within 10 days of the event are subject to flower type and color availability.
Changes and Cancellations
Once you receive signed confirmation, any changes must be authorized and may incur a penalty fee.
Last-minute cancellations will incur a 100% penalty.
Rescheduling may also incur a penalty, depending on the notification timeframe.
Payment
Full payment must be submitted directly through the Resort Wedding Coordinator, following their established payment policies and procedures.
All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without prior notification due to factors like climate conditions affecting floral production.
Substitutions
Catalog photos may represent a general theme or style and may include unique vases or containers that cannot be exactly replicated.
Substitutions of flowers and containers may occur due to weather, seasonality, and market conditions, without prior notice.
Our designers will ensure the theme, style, and color palette remain intact with substitutions of equal or higher value.
Containers and Linens
All flower containers and vases are provided as rentals, belonging to Essenza Riviera. They are the couple's responsibility.
Missing or broken pieces will result in a replacement charge, which will be communicated to your wedding coordinator.
Replacement payment for lost or burned linens is non-negotiable, and the quote will specify replacement costs.
Setup and Event Day
After finalizing the location setup, the staff will leave the resort and return at the event's conclusion.
Guests are not allowed to move floral arrangements or decorations, as it may cause accidents and violates hotel safety policies.
Any additional assistance (e.g., moving flowers from ceremony to reception) must be requested in advance. A displacement fee starts at $100 USD, determined by the quantity of flowers.
Weather Contingencies
In case of inclement weather, your onsite wedding coordinator must inform Essenza Riviera staff of the backup location to avoid delays.
Once decor setup is delivered, Essenza Riviera staff is not responsible for last-minute changes due to weather conditions.
Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure, Essenza Riviera will adhere to the policies and protocols established by your resort.
