PRINCIPAL REQUIREMENTS

I. SCHEDULING STUDY:

1. The student comes to the department in 15 minutes. before the beginning of classes, takes the key from the student's locker room from the laboratory staff of the department Korkhova Natalia Mikhailovna or Ostrovsky Veronika Alexandrovna, changing clothes and shoes, closing the locker room, the key relates to the laboratory assistant and enters a large audience where he takes part in the morning hospital conference.

2. Beginning of classes according to the schedule of classes.

II REQUIREMENTS FOR FOREIGN EXAMINATION:

1. A neat hairstyle, long hair picked up in a hairstyle.

2. A clean, tidy dressing gown that completely closes its medical clothing cap and mask. While working in a newborn medical nursery school. Variable shoe that can be washed easily.

3. Short nails, hygienic manicure is desirable.

4. stethoscope, pen, notebook.

ІІІ REQUIREMENTS TO SUPPORT THE SANITARY STATE OF THE CHAIR:

1. To maintain purity in the study rooms and students' toilets.

2. Garbage to throw garbage in the toilet for students.

3. Do not leave garbage in classrooms and study rooms.

IV REQUIREMENTS FOR EDUCATIONAL PROCESS:

1. At the beginning of the classes, students 5 and 6 years are introductory test control to determine the initial level of knowledge in the computer class of the department.

2. At the end of the module, students compile a test of 80 tasks from the subjects studied as admission to the exam. A student is admitted to the exam if he has completed a work program, has no unprocessed missed lectures and practical classes and has passed test control in the computer class of the department by at least 90%.

3. Workout of missed lectures and practical classes is carried out on Thursdays and Saturdays by the regular teacher on the schedule of duty (2 hours), if the lesson lasts more than two hours then the last time the student is working at the bedside of the patient while on duty in an hour-long vacancy at the hospital admission office (participation in admission, clinical outpatient, laboratory and instrumental studies with a regular doctor). Recording to the alternate is carried out by the assistant Fedorova Olena Vitalievna. There can be no more than three students per day. After the alternation, the student prepares a report on working out a practical lesson at the patient's bed, signs it with the regular doctor and gives the assistant Fedorova Olena Vitalievna who makes a record in the work log and the assistant journal. To work out more than two classes, or after passing more than two weeks, the dean's permission is required.

4. A student who has been late for less than 2 academic hours receives "nb" but may be present at a lesson with the subsequent workout of the theoretical part (2 hours) without the practical working out. If a student is late for more than 2 academic hours, he or she will complete classes according to the general rules.

5. The completion of more than two missed classes for a valid reason is carried out on a daily basis with the permission of the dean's office; the appointment of the teacher who will take the work is carried out by the responsible person for the organizational-educational work of Sen'kivs'ka Lyudmila Ivanovna, the head of the department, Kaplina Larisa Yevhenivna, or the head of the department, Aryayev Nikolay Leonidovich.

Y. REQUIREMENTS ON WORK IN UNITS OF ODESA REGIONAL CHILDREN'S CLINICAL HOSPITAL, DELIVERY HOUSES №5, №7

1. Students must undergo a medical examination prior to the beginning of classes at the department and have a permission to work with children, including newborns certified by the dean of the faculty.

2. Observe the standards of the sanitary-protective regime of the hospital.

3. Do not smoke cigarettes on the hospital and department's premises.

4. Students with acute respiratory illness are not allowed to study and work out missed classes with permission of the dean on an individual schedule.

5. Students who do not adhere to the specified rules for classes are not allowed

Practicing missed classe

1. The training of the missed class includes practical and theoretical parts.

2. Theoretical part involves working in a computer classroom department with tests like KROK-2 for 2 hours and writing an essay on the topic of missed employment on 15 sheets by hand (printing work on the printer is not taken into account) - 2 hours. The theoretical part can be worked out daily from 14.00 to 16.00.

3. Practical part includes the decision of clinical problems and interview with the teacher on the topic of the missed lesson for 2 hours with the duration of the missed lesson of 6 hours and 1 hour with the duration of the missed lesson of 5 hours. The practical part is worked out on Thursdays from 14.00 to 18.00 and Saturdays from 9.00 to 16.00 in the office of the on-duty teacher.

4. Entries for daily workings in the computer class of the department and working out the topic of the session on Thursdays and Saturdays can be made from the duty technician on duty,

5. For practicing practical and theoretical parts, no more than 20 students can be recorded.
