PediaRex works offline for its core medical functionality (drug dose calculations).
No patient data is collected, transmitted, or stored by the app.
Google Sign-In and cloud synchronization are entirely optional.
If you choose to sign in, limited personal information (your name, email address, and profile photo) is securely handled through Google and Firebase Authentication.
Optional cloud synchronization stores only user-created content, such as custom brand names, personal medicine notes, and favourites. It never stores patient information, age, weight, or calculated doses.
Line-Up (temporary prescription-style lists), search history, and dose calculation inputs remain on your device only.
The Android version may be distributed as a paid app without advertisements. The iOS version is free with advertisements and offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to remove ads and unlock additional features.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We use Firebase Crashlytics only to improve application stability and diagnose technical issues—not for advertising, profiling, or tracking your medical activities.

PediaRex has been designed to function primarily offline.
No account or login is required to use the core medication dose calculator.
The app does not collect, transmit, or store:

Dose calculation results
Age and weight entered into the calculator are processed entirely on your device and are never transmitted to Docodex Labs or any external server.
You may optionally sign in using your Google account.

Enable optional cloud synchronization
Allow secure access across multiple devices
Google Sign-In is completely optional.
All core medical calculations remain fully available without signing in.

Cloud synchronization exists solely to help you access your own preferences across multiple devices.
Cloud data is:

Favourites also work completely offline without signing in. Cloud backup occurs only when you are signed in.
Certain app features store information only on your device.

This information is not uploaded to Docodex Labs or synchronized unless specifically described above.
If you use the Share Medicine Card feature, the generated medicine information is passed to your device's system sharing interface (such as email or messaging apps).
Docodex Labs does not receive or store the content that you choose to share.
Third-party apps handle shared information according to their own privacy policies.
PediaRex uses selected Firebase services provided by Google.
Used only for optional Google Sign-In.
We do not store or manage your passwords.
Stores only the user-created information that you choose to synchronize, including:

Firestore is never used to store patient records, age, weight, prescriptions, or clinical calculations.
Crashlytics automatically collects anonymous technical diagnostic information when the app crashes or encounters significant errors.

Crash reports are used solely to improve application reliability and performance.
Crashlytics is not used for advertising, profiling, or tracking your medical activities.
The iOS version of PediaRex may display advertisements.
Advertisements may be provided by third-party advertising networks such as Google Mobile Ads.
These providers may use device-level identifiers to display advertisements in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Docodex Labs does not control how third-party advertising providers collect or process their data.
Advertisements can be removed through a one-time in-app purchase where available.
Purchases are processed securely by Apple through the App Store.
Docodex Labs receives only the purchase status required to unlock premium features, such as advertisement removal.
We never receive your payment card details.
Where privacy laws such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) apply, we process personal information only where there is a lawful basis, including:
