いつもご支援ありがとうございます。8月20日〜22日にチャリティ自転車マラソン「ペダリング・フォー・ポウズ2018」を主催・参加するカバリヤ デュエイン＆まほです。今年は山手線29+1=30駅を自転車で走ります。facebookとtwitterに経過を投稿していきますので、ぜひご確認くださいね。
１日目は練馬区から出発。練馬〜石神井川〜板橋区〜北区を抜けて東京のシンボルである隅田川まで行きます。そこから南に向かい荒川区、台東区に入り、田端駅、西日暮里駅、日暮里駅、鶯谷駅、上野駅(5駅）に行きます。（ここで１泊）
２日目は御徒町〜秋葉原駅〜神田駅〜東京駅〜有楽町駅〜新橋駅〜浜松町駅〜田町駅〜品川駅〜大崎駅〜五反田駅〜目黒駅〜恵比寿駅〜渋谷駅〜原宿駅~代々木駅〜新宿駅（17駅）を走ります。通過する区は千代田区、中央区、港区、品川区、目黒区、渋谷区、新宿区です。（ここで１泊）
最終日は新大久保駅〜高田馬場駅〜目白駅〜池袋駅〜大塚駅〜巣鴨駅〜〜駒込駅(7駅）を走り、豊島区、文京区を通過します。第一日目に行った田端駅（1駅）に再度行き、３０駅を完了させます。そこから、隅田川を経て石神井川沿を行き、自宅のある練馬区に戻ります。

カバリヤ デュエイン＆まほ
Hello there! We are Maho & Duane and we're Pedaling 4 Paws in Tokyo for three days this August 20th-22nd! Please follow us on Facebook and Twitter as we start out from our home in Nerima Ward in the north of the city, and ride along the Shakuji River through Nerima, Itabashi and Kita Wards to the iconic Sumida River. Then we'll ride south along that river through Arakawa and Taito Wards, making the first five of the 30 station stops on our route at: Tabata, Nishi-Nippori, Nippori, Uguisudani and Ueno Stations. Then we'll stay the night near Ueno Station.
On the second day we'll hit the bulk of the stations on the circular line, checking off Okachmachi, Akihabara, Kanda, Tokyo, Yurakucho, Shimbashi, Hamamstucho, Tamachi, Shinagawa, Osaki, Gotunda, Meguro, Ebisu, Shibuya, Harajaku, Yoyogi and Shinjuku Stations. Along the way we'll ride through Chiyoda Ward, Chuo Ward, Minato Ward, Shinagawa Ward, Meguro Ward, Shibuya Ward and Shinjuku Ward, where we'll spend the night.
The last day's leg of the journey we'll ride through Toshima Ward, completing the remaining station stops on our three day ride. We're going to be stopping at Shin-Okubo, Takadanobaba, Mejiro, Ikebukuro, Otsuka, Sugamo and Komagome Stations before making a final stop at Tabata, the first station we stopped at on day one, which will get us to 30 station stops! From there we'll ride back to the Sumida River which we'll follow again to the Shakuji River, then along that back home to Nerima Ward.
