Professor Paramonova N.S. organized and directs the Scientific School of Pediatrics of the Grodno State Medical University. The results of the school's scientific research are known and used in clinics in Belarus and Russia. Publications based on the results of scientific research have been published in scientific publications in Belarus and abroad (Russia, Kazakhstan, Bulgaria, Poland, France). The school's developments made it possible to introduce new methods of examination and treatment of children into the practice of healthcare, achieve high functional results and reduce the duration of treatment.
Nella Sergeevna and her staff actively make presentations at national and international scientific conferences and congresses.
Paramonova N.S. constantly improves her professional level. She has repeatedly completed internships at BelMAPO, the Children's Health Center in Warsaw, the endocrinology department of the children's clinic in Zurich (Switzerland), the best children's clinics in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

N.S. Paramonova directs the training of clinical residents from Grodno and Brest regions, including foreign ones. He continues to actively engage in scientific research. Under her leadership, 7 PhD theses have been defended, she directs the scientific work of 5 more applicants, as well as the scientific work of students. The works performed under her leadership have repeatedly received diplomas at the republican competition, and in 2014 and in 2023, the works were awarded the title of laureate of the Republican Student Works Competition.
Advises children in the departments of the Grodno Regional Children's Clinical Hospital and polyclinics of the city and region, gives lectures and prepares methodological materials for pediatricians.
She was awarded the Diploma of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus (1999, 2006), the badge "Excellent Health Worker of the Republic of Belarus" (2001), the Prize of the Foundation of the President of the Republic of Belarus for the training of talented youth (2016), the Francysk Skaryna Medal (2017), the medal "Best Mentor" (2019).
