I am interested in the impact of Asian rivers and lakes on greenhouse gases due to seasonal changes. I mainly want to study rivers in South Korea and China in more detail. I hope to improve my research and research ability during Ewha’s studies.
My research focuses on greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in urbanized ecosystems in the context of the accelerating climate crisis, with particular emphasis on the role of wetlands as a nature-based solution for mitigation and ecosystem management. I aim to strengthen my research expertise and broaden my academic experience through the Master’s program at Ewha, particularly by engaging in ongoing research activities within the PEB Lab.
