Overview:

All items are crafted and shipped from the Philippines. Orders are only shipped after shipping fees are paid.

PayPal converts order payment from USD (US Dollar) to your currency at checkout.

Payment on this site is accepted through either PayPal balance, credit card, or debit card.

Orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, and/or refunded once an item has been shipped.

This is due to the meticulously handmade nature of our products.

When are orders shipped?

All orders placed on or before Thursday 5PM in Philippine Standard Time (GMT+8) will be shipped out on the Saturday afternoon of that week.
If you do place an order well beyond that time, this will be shipped on the next Saturday.
A note from Ren: I work a full-time office job - hence why I can only ship off items on Saturday afternoon.

Shipping to your country (and how to get free shipping ♡)

All items are crafted in the Philippines and shipped with tracking worldwide 🌎 via DHL and shipped domestically 🇵🇭 with tracking via LBC.

After checkout and payment for your items, an invoice for shipping fees will be sent to you via Instagram DM and email.
Your order will only be shipped after paying the shipping fees.
If your order entitles you to free shipping, you will be notified of this via email and Instagram DM.

As of writing, here are the countries we can ship to, including their shipping costs and shipping benefits per single-receipt purchase:

*If you're wondering why shipping fees are billed later - it's because this is a DIY online shop using Google Sites and PayPal doesn't give me the option to set different shipping costs per country/region ☔︎︎

Import taxes and duties

Incoterms for international shipping are DAP (Delivery at Place) - this means your country may impose import taxes on your package to be paid by the receiver. Unfortunately, this is out of our control as a seller.

1. - Paying these taxes/duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  - If import taxes/duties are imposed on your package, you will be required to pay these fees through DHL before your package is sent to you.
  - Some countries however have tax exemptions or reduced taxes on packages with CIF (total Cost/Item Price + Insurance + Freight/Shipping Fees) valued below a certain amount.
  - For assistance on estimating the taxes DHL will bill you for an item, you may reach out to Ren for assistance via Instagram DM. However, please note that the taxes computed before it actually arrives in your country may not be final.

Insurance and lost packages

As shipping is entirely handled by the courier, we sadly have no control or responsibility over lost/missing packages.

Shipping insurance is free for every single-receipt purchase of items worth USD 150+ (Asia and North America) or USD 200+ (rest of the world).

For international shipments you may purchase international DHL shipping insurance as an added fee on top of shipping.

You will be informed of this option when you get your invoice for the shipping fees.

Otherwise, in the rare chance DHL loses a package you will only be refunded up to 50% of the value of the item/s you purchased excluding shipping fees.

If your package remains unclaimed, this will be sent back.

Refunds are not available for unclaimed packages.
You will have to repay the shipping fees as indicated in the DHL or LBC shipping receipt in order to get it sent back to you.

Pearl Lily Jewels is NOT responsible for delays and shipping mishaps due to wrong address, wrong contact details, holidays, natural calamities, and other factors out of our control.
Once an item is shipped, it is now the responsibility of the courier.
Make sure to check that your address and contact information at checkout are correct.
All orders through DHL and LBC come with tracking - we will send the tracking number to you via email and Instagram DM.
