Is a social media tool that allows students to participate in a protected online environment that facilitates communication and information sharing 

Twitter

The teacher can use this social media platform to share educational content amongst his/her students. This is a great way to keep your learners engaged as most youth love social media like twitter.

LinkedIn

This can help students engage with the cooperate world outside of the schooling environment, this helps to create/establish future job opportunities as they had already been exposed to the professional world

Diigo

This is a content curation tool whereby the teacher can effectively choose and share educational content like articles with the students. it allows annotation, highlighting and the creation of groups or certain topics for easy access and communication between members.

Scoop it

Here the teacher and learners can share informative articles as their scoop amongst each other. This is a great tool for academic purposes.
