Welcome to PE!

Children will develop and refine their ball skills / basketball skills through structured and competitive activities. They will focus on accurate passing, controlled dribbling and shooting. Children will apply these skills in game situations, developing tactical awareness, and decision-making.

Children will take part in a variety of fun fitness-based activities aimed at improving their overall physical development. These will include exercises to build strength, coordination, balance, and agility, while encouraging a positive attitude towards staying active and healthy.

PE EXPECTATIONS

INFANTS - Children in Infants (Reception - Year 2) must wear full school uniform and bring PE kit in a bag.

PE kit can only be worn to school and uniform in a bag should your child’s lesson be scheduled before 10am (first break)

JUNIORS - Children must come to school on PE days in full school uniform with PE kit in a bag.

All children should bring a full water bottle to PE and hats on outdoor lessons.

Children with long hair must have it tied up and no jewellery must be worn.

The Royal Flight School is a proud member of the MPSL (Muscat Primary Sports League). Selected children in Year 3 - Year 6 are given the opportunity to experience sports in a friendly and competitive environment playing other schools in Muscat.
