BUILDING REPS
Building Representatives are so important! You are the communication link for the Association at your school. You are the one all your members are looking to for answers. We need you to be kind, caring, a concerned listener, and above all confidential! This job is all about relationships and attitude! Remember we get way more done through relationships then we ever do by force. Your members need someone to turn to when they are in need. Someone to listen and keep the conversation confidential. Someone that can be positive and help them with their concerns. Never share their information with anyone until you are sure they want you to do so.
