Cancellation Policy:
For stays of 28 nights or less: A full refund is available if canceled at least one day before check-in.
For stays longer than 28 nights: A full refund is available if canceled at least 30 days before check-in. After this period, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
Check-in Time: 3:00 PM or later
Check-out Time: By 10:00 AM
House Rules: No smoking on the premises. No pets. Quiet hours after 10:00 PM.
Payment Methods: We accept Zelle, e-transfer, and wire transfers.
