PeakTide is an educational tracking app for organizing peptide-related protocols, dose logs, vial inventory, injection site rotation, reconstitution calculations, journal entries, reminders, and personal progress metrics.

PeakTide is for educational and personal tracking purposes only. PeakTide does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, prescriptions, or access to any compound.

2. Information You Enter Into the App

You may choose to enter information such as:

- Protocol names

- Dose amounts and schedules

- Dose logs

- Vial details and inventory information

- Injection site history

- Reconstitution calculator inputs and saved calculations

- Journal notes

- Weight, sleep, energy, mood, and other self-tracked metrics

- Favorite peptides or library items

- App preferences such as theme, units, and reminder settings

This information is used only to provide the app’s tracking, reminder, calculation, journaling, and personalization features.

3. Local Storage

PeakTide is designed as a local-first app.

The information you enter is stored on your device using Apple’s local app storage technologies. We do not operate backend servers that receive, store, or process your personal tracking data.

If you use Apple services such as device backups, iCloud backup, device migration, or other system-level features, Apple may process app data according to Apple’s own privacy policies and your device settings.

4. Data We Collect

PeakTide does not collect personal data on our own servers.

We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, payment information, health records, device identifiers, analytics data, advertising data, or tracking data.

5. Health and Sensitive Information

The information you enter into PeakTide may include health-related or wellness-related information.

This information remains stored locally on your device unless you choose to export it, share it, back it up, or otherwise transfer it using device or system features outside of PeakTide.

You are responsible for deciding what information to enter into the app.

6. Notifications

PeakTide may ask permission to send local notifications, such as dose reminders.

Notification scheduling is used only to provide reminders you configure in the app. You can disable notifications at any time in the app settings or in iOS Settings.

7. Data Export

PeakTide may allow you to export certain data, such as dose logs, to a file.

If you choose to export or share data, that exported file may be handled by other apps, services, or people you choose to share it with. PeakTide is not responsible for how third parties handle information after you export or share it.

8. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

PeakTide may offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases through Apple’s App Store.

Payments are processed by Apple. We do not directly collect, receive, or store your payment card information. Apple handles payment processing according to Apple’s terms and privacy policies.

9. Third-Party Services

The current version of PeakTide does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, external account systems, or backend cloud sync.

If future versions add third-party services, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain what data is collected, why it is collected, and how it is used.

10. Tracking and Advertising

PeakTide does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

PeakTide does not use your data for third-party advertising.

11. Children’s Privacy

PeakTide is intended for adults.

The app is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Data Deletion

Because PeakTide stores data locally on your device, you can delete your data by:

- Using the app’s reset or delete features, if available

- Deleting individual entries inside the app

- Deleting the PeakTide app from your device

Deleting the app may not delete copies stored in device backups or other system-level backup services.

13. Security

PeakTide uses Apple platform storage and security features to help protect information stored by the app.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. You should protect your device with a passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, and other available security features.

PeakTide does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, prescriptions, or clinical guidance. The app does not sell, supply, recommend, or facilitate access to peptides, medications, supplements, or other compounds.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and may provide notice inside the app or through the App Store listing.
