This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) is entered into by you (hereinafter referred to as “User” or “you”) and the developer of the PeakGo application (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”).
It aims to clarify your rights and obligations when using the PeakGo app (hereinafter referred to as “the App”).
Please carefully read and fully understand the contents of this Agreement before using the App. By using the App, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions herein.
Description of Service
PeakGo is an outdoor companion app that provides route planning, essential mountain tools, and personalized training recommendations for outdoor activities.
We do not require users to create an account, and no personal information is stored on our servers.
User Conduct
When using the App, you agree not to engage in the following behaviors:
Violating applicable laws, regulations, or public order and good morals
Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the normal operation of the App
Using the App for unauthorized commercial purposes or promotions
Engaging in any operations that may affect the App’s security, integrity, or stability
If you violate any of the above, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from such actions.
Intellectual Property
All content within PeakGo, including but not limited to interface design, icons, illustrations, animations, text, and underlying functional logic, is owned by us or properly licensed.
No individual or organization may copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Privacy Protection

Service Suspension or Modification
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or adjust part or all of the App’s features at any time due to system maintenance, security updates, legal requirements, or other reasonable causes.
In such cases, users will be notified via in-app messages or update prompts.
Disclaimer
This App is provided “as is.” While we strive to ensure accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee that all information or services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
We shall not be held responsible for any loss resulting from the use of or inability to use the App, except as required by law.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country or region.
Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation.
If negotiation fails, you may bring the dispute before a court of competent jurisdiction.
Updates to the Agreement
We may revise this Agreement periodically in response to legal changes, regulatory requirements, or product updates.
The latest version will be displayed prominently in the App.
By continuing to use PeakGo after updates, you are deemed to have accepted the revised terms.
