Founder Ms.Bazgha Masood with over 15 years of distinguished leadership in Finance, Accounts, and Human Resource Management (HRM), bring a robust blend of academic excellence and  real-world leadership.Holding an MBA in Finance, dual Postgraduate Diplomas in Cost & Management Accounts and Applied Economics, and a professional HRM Certification.

My expertise is further strengthened by 29 advanced certifications in strategic planning, financial modeling, HRM and business leadership from leading institutions which sharpening my skills in financial modeling, strategic planning, and business leadership.

Having served in senior management roles — including Head of Finance & Accounts and HRM Consultant— and representing organizations internationally. 

Over the past year, I have also been actively engaged in providing online academic support, particularly in assignments and case studies, and have conducted comprehensive business analysis for a medium-scale enterprise to optimize operations and strategic performance.
