GETTING STARTED
Q: How do I add my first training session?
A: Tap the Training tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap the green + button. Select your training category, give it a name, set how often you want to do it (daily, weekly, or monthly), and tap Save.
Q: What are the training categories?
A: Peak Soccer Trainer includes 7 categories designed for complete player development:
- Team Practice - Your regular team training sessions
- IDP - Individual Development Plan work
- Ball Skills - Technical work with the ball
- Personal Video Review - Watching footage of yourself
- Pro Game Review - Studying professional matches
- Physical Training - Fitness, strength, and conditioning
- Reflections - Mental game and self-assessment
Q: How do I mark a session as complete?
A: On the Today tab, simply tap the circle next to any session to mark it complete. You'll hear a sound and see the checkmark turn green.

SCHEDULING & REMINDERS
Q: How do I set up a weekly training schedule?
A: When adding or editing a session, select "Weekly" as the frequency, then tap the days of the week you want to train. For example, if you have team practice on Tuesday and Thursday, select those days.
Q: How do I turn on reminders?
A: When creating a session, toggle "Enable Reminder" on and select the time you want to be reminded. The app will ask for permission to send notifications the first time.
Q: Why am I not receiving reminders?
A: Check these settings:
1. Open your iPhone Settings > Peak Soccer Trainer > Notifications > Make sure notifications are allowed
2. Make sure Do Not Disturb is not blocking notifications
3. Try deleting and re-adding the session with a new reminder

JOURNAL
Q: How do I write a journal entry?
A: Tap the Journal tab, then tap the green + button. Select your mood, rate your energy level, and write about your training day. You can also add highlights, areas to improve, gratitude, and tomorrow's goals.
Q: How do I set a daily journal reminder?
A: In the Journal tab, tap the bell icon in the top right corner. Toggle on "Daily Journal Reminder" and select the time you want to be reminded to write.
Q: What is a journal streak?
A: Your journal streak shows how many days in a row you've written an entry. Writing daily builds consistency and helps you track your development over time.
Q: Can I search my old journal entries?
A: Yes! In the Journal tab, pull down to reveal the search bar. You can search by keywords in your entry titles or content.

GOALS
Q: How do I set a monthly goal?
A: Tap the Goals tab, then tap the green + button. Give your goal a name, optionally select a training category, set a target number of sessions, and tap Save.
Q: How do I update my goal progress?
A: On the Goals tab, use the slider on any goal card to adjust your progress percentage. When you reach 100%, you'll hear a celebration sound!
Q: Do goals reset each month?
A: Goals are tied to the month they were created. Each month, you can create new goals to keep pushing yourself forward.

STATS & STREAKS
Q: How are streaks calculated?
A: A streak counts consecutive days where you completed a session that was due. If you miss a day when a session was scheduled, your streak resets. Today doesn't break your streak until the day ends.
Q: What do the colors mean on the calendar?
A:
- Green dot = All sessions completed that day
- Orange dot = Some sessions completed
- Red dot = No sessions completed (but sessions were due)
- No dot = No sessions were scheduled
Q: Where can I see my total training time?
A: Tap the Stats tab to see your total minutes trained, sessions completed, streaks, and breakdown by category.

DATA & PRIVACY
Q: Is my data backed up?
A: Your data is stored locally on your device. We recommend regularly backing up your iPhone through iCloud or your computer to preserve your training history.
Q: Does the app collect my personal information?
A: No. Peak Soccer Trainer does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Everything stays on your device.
Q: Can I use the app offline?
A: Yes! Peak Soccer Trainer works completely offline. No internet connection is required.
Q: How do I delete my data?
A: You can delete individual sessions by swiping left on them in the Training tab. To delete all data, delete and reinstall the app.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Q: The app is running slowly. What should I do?
A: Try closing and reopening the app. If issues persist, restart your iPhone.
Q: I accidentally deleted a session. Can I recover it?
A: Unfortunately, deleted sessions cannot be recovered. We recommend being careful when deleting.
Q: The app crashed. What should I do?
A: Please restart the app. If crashes continue, try restarting your iPhone. If the problem persists, contact us at gold92@aol.com with details about what you were doing when it crashed.
