Neptunes Swim Team Parents,

I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to congratulate all our swimmers on a fantastic performance at Monday's meet. Everyone showed tremendous effort and sportsmanship, and it was truly a joy to see the team spirit in action.

Looking ahead, our next meet is scheduled for Monday, June 24th, at Peak Sports Club against Mauh-Nah-Tee-See. The meet will begin with warmups promptly at 5:00 PM. We're excited for another opportunity to showcase our skills and teamwork.

In order to streamline our operations and ensure smooth coordination, we have implemented a few updates:

1. Ribbons Distribution: Starting this season, ribbons for each meet will be handed out during Wednesday evening practices following the meet. This will allow us to celebrate achievements promptly and keep our swimmers motivated.

2. Bullpen and Event Check-in: To enhance organization, we will have a bullpen area at all future meets. Additionally, each meet will have a designated coach to check in every swimmer and ensure they know their events. This initiative aims to keep everyone on track and ready for their races.

3. Google Forms for Meet Sign-Ups: Going forward, Google Forms for meet sign-ups will be sent out on the Wednesday prior to the meet and will close on the following Saturday at 10:00 AM, after practice has concluded. This adjustment will help us better prepare and coordinate for each meet.
