General T&Cs

• We do not entertain irresponsible buyers. 

• Items sold are NOT refundable and exchangeable. 

• We always check the quality of our products before sending it to our customers. 

• We won't refund you unless the items are OOS ( Out Of Stock ) . 

• Strictly NO BACKING OUT & CANCELLING once orders are confirmed. 

• NO negotiations, as our prices are fixed unless stated. 

• When your orders have arrived, we'll inform you to arrange for collection. 

• Items will be confiscated if you did not collect it within 3 months since the date available for collection. 

• There is no minimum quantity to order, unless stated. 

• We are not liable for any loss of mails & supplier scams. No refunds will be made for both cases. 

• We only ship to Singapore & Malaysia ONLY.

• All mobile game reloads we sell to worldwide customers. 

• Prices are subjected to changes.

• For Luxury Lens: we will not be liable for any side effects caused. If you feel uncomfortable wearing the lenses, please do not wear them & consult a doctor. 

• For Luxury Lens : lenses are 100% authentic & imported from South Korea. All lenses are packed in sealed packaging. 

• For Luxury Lens: there will be no refunds & exchanges after orders are confirmed.

• For Luxury Lens: Pre-orders only. POs are once a month. 

Payment T&Cs

• Concealed Cash ( CC ) : Address will be provided to you upon confirmation of your orders. Please do it at your own risk as we will not be liable for any loss of mails. 

• Bank Transfer: Account number will be provided to you upon confirmation of your orders. We will not be liable for any refunds if you have transferred to the wrong account number. 

• PayNow / PayLah: Phone number will be provided to you upon confirmation of your orders. We will not be liable for any refunds if you have transferred to the wrong phone number. 

• Grabpay: QR code will be provided to you upon confirmation of your orders. 

• Transferwise ( For International Customers only ) : Details will be provided to you upon confirmation of your orders. We will not be liable for any refunds if you have made payment to the wrong receiver. 

COLLECTION OF ITEMS T&Cs

• Collection of items via meet ups, postage & courier only.

• Meet ups ( SG ) : Pasir Ris, Tampines & Simei MRT stations. Meet ups will be based on our convenience, meet ups will be held at MRT stations not listed too. We will text you beforehand to arrange for meet ups. 

• Meet ups ( Johor Bahru, Malaysia ) : CIQ, City Square mall, Bukit Indah Aeon, Tebrau City Aeon & CIQ Larkin. Meet ups will be based on our convenience, meet ups will be held at the selected venues only. We will text you beforehand to arrange for meet ups.

• Postage: Normal mail from $1 onwards. Delivered to letterbox, service by Singpost. Delivery time up to 7 working days. Non-trackable mail. We will not be liable for any lost of mails, video proof will be sent to our customers. 

• Courier: Easyparcel service providers. Delivery time up to 5 working days. We will not be liable for any loss of parcels. Trackable courier, tracking number will be provided after posting. Price depending on weight.
