Resilience and Gratitude
Resilience can help us get through and overcome hardship. But resilience is not something we’re born with, it’s built over time as the experiences we have interact with our unique, individual genetic makeup. This helps us respond to situations differently. Resilience is the way we learn and grow from our harships and how we push through from them.
Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experience, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strond relationships, We express gratitude in different ways. One being having empathy for one another. Gratitude helps us find appreciation in life and for others.
