...
While many of our requirements focus on your fur baby's health, safety, and behavior, creating a safe and respectful boarding environment also depends on the humans involved.
When making a reservation, all clients are required to attest that the information they provide about their fur baby's health, temperament, behavior, and history is truthful and accurate. By making a reservation, you are confirming that you have honestly disclosed any behaviors or circumstances that may affect your fur baby's ability to safely participate in our boarding environment.
We ask that all clients communicate honestly and respectfully, provide accurate information about their pet, and follow our policies and procedures. This allows us to provide the safest and most comfortable experience possible for every fur baby in our home.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a client is rude, disrespectful, aggressive, dishonest, or unwilling to follow our business policies. This includes, but is not limited to, providing false or misleading information about a pet's health, behavior, or eligibility; using inappropriate or threatening language toward our staff; or refusing to follow established policies and procedures.
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for our team, our clients, and the fur babies in our care. We appreciate your help in creating that environment.
