Winter 2024 Winter Champions
Feb 9, 2024 - BC Women's Champions Team Grandy, including White Rock's Sarah Loken, were at Peace Arch for a fundraising send-off party before heading to the Scotties. Four teams of Peace Arch curlers had a chance to play 2 ends each against the ladies.
League Format
The Senators league is open to male curlers age 55 and over. Round robin games are played in Fall and Winter sessions on your choice of Mondays and/or Wednesdays. After each session the teams are re-drawn to encourage camaraderie and competitive balance.
Learn to Curl
Twice a year in October and January the club runs a 1 day learn-to-curl clinic and a 6 week learn-to-curl league. Our qualified instructors will introduce you to the game. Open to all ages and genders.
Stick Curling
Many curlers use 'sticks', also known as delivery sticks. Stick curling allows the rock to be pushed with an aid and assists the player so he does not have to bend down.
