Satyaveer Negi(DT19EEJ010)

Satyaveer Singh Negil received the B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from the DIT Dehradun in 2011, and the M.Tech degree in Renewable Energy Systems from the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra, in 2016. He is currently pursuing a PhD ( full-time ) from 2019 in the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Institute of Technology Uttarakhand, Srinagar Garhwal, India. He is working on Hybrid Microgrid control. His research areas are Microgrid, Power Electronic converters and Renewable Energy Systems

Rakesh Thapliyal(DT19EEJ009)

Rakesh Thapliyal received the B.E degree in Electrical Engineering from the Govind Ballabh Pant Engineering College, Pauri Garhwal, India, in 2009, and the M.Tech degree in Conditioning Monitoring of Electrical Apparatus from the National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur, H.P, India, in 2012. He is currently pursuing a PhD ( full-time ) since 2019 from the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Institute of Technology Uttarakhand, Srinagar Garhwal, India. He is working on the Topologies of bidirectional power converters with digital control for Electric Vehicle applications.

His research areas are on bidirectional dc/dc converter, BLDC motor control and Digital control using DSP/FPGA.


Ashutosh Bhatt(DT19EEE008)

Ashutosh Bhatt has completed his B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Graphic Era Institute of Technology, Dehardun affiliated to H.N.B Garhwal University in the year 2008 with 72% and M.Tech in Power System from National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh in the year 2010 with 7.50 CGPA. He has a more than 11 years of academic experience. Presently he is working as Assistant Professor in Women institute of Technology, Dehardun, Uttarakhand and perusing his PhD (Part time) from NIT Uttarakhand in the Electrical engineering Department and his research area is Self healing control algorithm in order to enhance the reliability of a proposed smart grid distribution system.

Ashutosh Biswal (DT19EEJ006)

Ashutosh Biswal has completed his B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from Gandhi Institute of science and Technology (G.I.S.T) Rayagada, Odisha in the year 2012 with 8.09 CGPA and M.Tech in Power Electronics Control and Drives from Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology (VSSUT), Burla in the year 2015 with 9.71 CGPA. Presently he is working as Assistant Professor in I.T Gopeshwar, Uttarakhand and perusing his Ph.D (Part time) from NIT Uttarakhand in the Electrical engineering Department and his research area is Automatic load frequency control

Ashish Maithani (DT20EEJ001)

Ashish Maithani completed B.E. degree in Electrical Engineering from CSVTU, Bhilai, India, in 2009, and the M.Tech degree in Energy Technology from Tezpur University, India, in 2013. He is currently pursuing PhD as full time research scholar from the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Institute of Technology Uttarakhand, Srinagar Garhwal, India. His research areas are Digital control of converters and Renewable energy integration.
