Privacy Policy — PDT Mentorship

PDT Mentorship ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it in the PDT Mentorship mobile app (the "App"). If you have any questions, email pdtmentorship@gmail.com.
Information we collect
Account details: your name, email address, and phone number (used for account setup and recovery).
Learning activity: your lesson progress and quiz results.
Device identifier: an identifier used to keep your account secure and limited to one device.
We do not collect your location, payment information, contacts, photos, or messages, and we do not use advertising identifiers.
How we use your information
We use your information to create and manage your account, deliver courses and quizzes, track your progress, keep your account secure, provide support, and meet legal requirements. We do not sell your information and we do not show ads.
Sharing
We share information only with trusted service providers that help us operate the App, and only as needed to provide it. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your information while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing pdtmentorship@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete your name, email, phone, progress, and quiz results, except where the law requires us to keep certain records.
Security
We use reasonable measures, including encryption of data in transit, to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The App is intended for adults (18 and over) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time and will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
