Optical Parametric Oscillator (OPO)

High Energy VIS-NIR Benchtop System

The Vibrant 355 tunable laser system utilizes patented optical parametric oscillator (OPO) technology to generate wavelengths over a broad range in the UV, VIS and NIR (410-2400 nm). Integration of system components into one compact unit increases ruggedness and prevents misalignment. Hermetically sealed modules protect sensitive optical materials from the environment. All tunable beams exit the system from the same location resulting in one beam path to the end-user's application. The motorized OPO module connects through USB for computer control. The system includes the Nd:YAG pump laser, harmonics, low-divergence OPO, control software, SDK, and Signal/Idler selection.

Supercontinuum laser sources provide a white light output with the brightness of a laser and the spectral width of a lamp, effectively replacing most of the lasers and other light sources used today for fluorescence imaging, inspection, OCT, FLIM, FRET and a range of other applications in the entire 480-2400nm wavelength range.

Optical Spectrum Analyzer (OSA)

The benchtop optical spectrum analyzer (OSA) that is suited for WDM component and system test applications where power and wavelength accuracy, dynamic range and low polarization dependency are critical. The high performance capability combined with the advanced feature set and on-board measurement applications enables you to make highly accurate measurements quickly and easily. These advanced features have been tailored towards increasing product yields, maximizing manufacturing capacity. The onboard measurement applications have been designed for ease of use requiring minimal training while retaining flexibility to customize measurements for individual needs.

Olympus GX51 : Newly improved inspection efficiency thanks to UIS infinity-corrected optics, which allow high-clarity observation with flat, bright, even images right to the edge of the visual field (F.N.22). For high-magnification observation requirements, magnification settings extend from 5x to 100x when using eyepiece WH10x series. Suitable for both brightfield and simple polarizing observations. The polarizer can be rotated through 90°, allowing optimum contrast control. It has single lever switchover for brightfield/darkfield observation and standard 6V 100W halogen lamp and reflected light illuminator with aperture stop. Optimum contrast is obtained according to objective magnification and observation method. Handy filter pockets are provided, as various types of f25 filters can be used besides the polarizer.

Ocean Optics Maya 2000 series of miniature, high-sensitivity spectrometers are particularly suited to low light-level, UV-sensitive applications such as fluorescence, DNA sequencing and Raman analysis. This miniature spectrometers feature back-thinned 2D FFT-CCD area image sensors which offer high UV response, great signal-to-noise characteristics and wide dynamic range, making them especially suited to low light level applications. The spectrometer features 90% quantum efficiency, optical resolution to 0.035nm (FWHM).
