Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Pdfyer.
1. ACCEPTANCE
By downloading or using Pdfyer you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. LICENSE
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Pdfyer on a device you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. SUBSCRIPTIONS & IN-APP PURCHASES
Pdfyer offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions ("Pdfyer Pro") that unlock additional features. Prices and available plans are displayed in the app before purchase.
• Free trial: Where offered, a free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: Manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your device's subscription settings: iOS — Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android — Google Play → Subscriptions.
• No refunds: We do not control the refund policy for purchases made through Apple or Google. Refund requests must be made directly through the relevant store.
• Restore: If you have previously purchased a subscription, use the "Restore" option in the app to re-activate it on a new device.
4. PROHIBITED USE
You may not:
• Use Pdfyer to convert, reproduce, or distribute content you do not have the right to use;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app;
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original code, design, and branding in Pdfyer remain the intellectual property of the developer. Open-source components are used in accordance with their respective licences.
6. NO WARRANTY
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
8. YOUR CONTENT
You retain all rights to the documents you convert. Pdfyer does not claim ownership over any files you create.
9. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
The Web-to-PDF feature displays third-party web pages. We are not responsible for the content of those pages or their terms and policies.
10. CHANGES
We may update these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
