PDF Workspace Terms of Service

Welcome to PDF Workspace. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the PDF Workspace mobile application, related features, subscriptions, and services. By downloading, accessing, or using PDF Workspace, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

PDF Workspace is a productivity application that allows users to work with PDF documents, including importing, viewing, organizing, merging, splitting, compressing, watermarking, redacting, locking, unlocking, converting, comparing, tagging, and managing PDF files.

PDF Workspace is designed as a privacy-focused tool. PDF files are processed locally on your device whenever possible. We do not use your PDF files for advertising or sell your document contents.

You must be at least 13 years old to use PDF Workspace. If you use the app on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that entity.

You are responsible for the documents, files, and content you import, edit, create, or manage using PDF Workspace.

You agree not to use PDF Workspace to process, create, store, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, abusive, or violates the rights of others.

You are responsible for keeping backups of important files. PDF Workspace is not responsible for lost, corrupted, deleted, or inaccessible files caused by device issues, user actions, operating system behavior, third-party services, or app removal.

Your use of PDF Workspace is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

PDF Workspace may offer free features and paid premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions or other in-app purchases.

Premium features may include advanced PDF tools, productivity features, unlimited access, or other functionality shown inside the app.

Subscription information displayed in the app includes:

Subscription title: PDF Workspace Premium

Subscription length: Monthly and/or yearly, depending on the subscription option selected

Price: The price shown in the App Store purchase screen at the time of purchase

Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase

Renewal: Auto-renewable subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period

Account charge: Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period

Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings

Free trials or promotional offers, if available, will be shown in the App Store purchase screen and are subject to Apple’s subscription terms.

Purchases and subscriptions made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple. Apple’s payment, refund, cancellation, and subscription rules apply.

Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store are handled by Apple, not directly by PDF Workspace.

To request a refund, visit Apple’s refund request page or manage your purchase through your Apple ID account.

You agree not to:

Use PDF Workspace for illegal or unauthorized purposes

Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the app

Use the app to violate intellectual property rights

Upload, process, or distribute harmful or malicious content

Attempt to bypass subscription, licensing, or access controls

Use the app in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the service

PDF Workspace, including its design, branding, software, features, text, graphics, and other app materials, is owned by the app developer or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your own documents and files. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your content to PDF Workspace.

PDF Workspace may use third-party services for functions such as authentication, subscriptions, analytics, crash reporting, or cloud-based infrastructure.

Use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

PDF Workspace is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every file, device, operating system version, or workflow.

PDF processing results may vary depending on file structure, encryption, formatting, fonts, file corruption, or third-party PDF standards.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDF Workspace and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of files, loss of profits, business interruption, or device issues resulting from use of the app.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of PDF Workspace at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we may notify users through the app, the App Store, or another reasonable method. Continued use of PDF Workspace after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to PDF Workspace if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, or attempt to bypass payment or security systems.

You may stop using the app at any time. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription. You must cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.
